Bah Humbug 20 - Sleigh Bells Ring

This week at Humbug Hall is filled with the sound of sleigh bells.

I've used stamps from Inkadinkadoo for the image and Custer's Last Stamp for the words.

CD Sunday Challenge - Scallops

CD Sunday's challenge this week is Say it with Scallops and I found this lovely image and backing papers on Debbi Moore Designs Summerbreeze CD. I've used a cuttlebug folder and sanded the card to show off the embossing and used a few pearls to finish off.

(I think I've sorted out the size/link problem now!)

Crafters Companion Challenge 12

The month of May challenge from Crafter's Companion is Girls Birthday and I've used the new Humphrey's Corner to make this card. There are some great backing papers on this double disc set. I've used matching thread to stitch through the faux buttons.

CD Sunday Challenge - Under the Weather

For this week's challenge at CD Sunday I've used an image from Seraphina & Friends CD. There are some very sweet mouse images on this CD.

Bah Humbug 20 - Kinetic Cards

Over at Humbug Hall this week the

theme is Kinetic and I've used an

image and papers from Crafters Companion "A Winter's Tale" CD to make this card that flips from a decoupage image on the front to the greeting on the flip side.

CD Sunday Challenge - Die Cut

I decided to go with the die cut part of the theme this week at CD Sunday

I have used two CDs this week to create this card. The backing paper on the front is from Crafters Companion A Winters Tale and the paper inside the book card is from Robert Addams Printable Handmade Paper Collection to look like the pages in a book.

I got out some original Sizzix dies that I have had for years to cut out the plane, stars, little boy in the plane and his clothes and hair.

Bah Humbug 19 - Snowflakes

At Humbug Hall this week its all about Snowflakes. I used a backing paper from Winters Sleep CD by Debbeescds and used a Crafters Companion stamp set for the main snow globe image and words. I tried out the new Marvy Le Plume alcohol ink pens for the colouring. I've already got lots of Promarkers and Copics but was curious to see how these measured up. My one comment so far would be that the nib is a bit thick for very small areas.
