My entry for the House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge uses a lovely image from a Joanna Sheen stamp plate. I've used a Martha Stewart punch for the heart border. The backing paper comes from Humphrey's Corner CD by Crafter's Companion. I've had the love hearts ribbon for a while now and just been waiting for the right occasion to use it. I think it goes perfectly with the stamped HM image.

Tag You're It!
Over at CD Sunday this week it is my turn to choose our theme and I went for "Tag You're It!" I thought we could all have some fun with this one and my teamies have come up trumps so do please go and have a look here and then join in and show us your creations.
I used a backing paper and images from MCS Tinkering with Steampunk for my card. The more I see of this style the more I like it, especially for masculine cards.
I used a Marianne die for the treble clef to match in with the backing paper.
Now here's another card I made using the same CD but this time its about Time!

Black and White
The Challenge is Black and White at House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge and so I chose this image from Joanna Sheen's House Mouse stamp sheets for my card.
I think the black and white theme is very striking but have to own up to having to sit on my hands to stop the temptation to get my promarkers out and colour him in! lol.

Zodiac - Sagittarius
At CD Sunday this week our theme is Zodiac and I've chosen an image from Enchanted by Card Creations Plus which features the artwork of Linda Ravenscroft. I love these images and keep coming back to this CD for lots of occasions. The backing papers are lovely too and the butterflies also came from this CD.
We love to visit your blogs so I do hope you will join in our challenge this week.

Share the Love
This is the card I have made for Sharing the Love over at Crafter's Companion.
I've used a backing paper from Crafters Companion Love CD. The plum coloured card is cordinations and I used a MS border punch for the latice hearts. The two die cut hearts are Marianne dies. I've been waiting for an opportunity to use the yummy lace that I bought a while ago and this seemed like just the right time. Popcorn the bear has been stamped and coloured using alcohol pens.

Enchantment
This week at CD Sunday our theme is Enchantment. I've used an image and backing paper from a lovely CD by Peerless Designs called Woodland Fantasy. The swirly die cut is one by Memory Box and the border was cut using two spellbinder border dies.
I do hope you will join in our challenge this week and show us your lovely creations. We all enjoy visiting your blogs to see your interpretations for our weekly theme.

Love is in the Air
The theme for this month at Crafter's Companion is Love is in the Air. I made my card using a Humphrey stamp and a bp from the Crafting Collection CD. I used distress inks (Milled Lavender and Antique Linen) around the edges. The trellis is a Cheery Lyn die, the swirl by Magnolia and the flowers a combination of punches and spellbinders.
Sea Life
CD Sunday's Challenge this week is Sea Life and I've used this lovely image and bp from Dreams of Tranquility by Ooh LaLa. I overstamped the bp with some shell stamps by Hero Arts.
The die cut swirls were done using a Magnolia die and the shells came from a tissue box which was just too good to throw away. I added a pearl in one of the shells just to finish off.
Why not go over to CD Sunday and see what my teamies have come up with for this week and then show us what you can do. We love to visit your blogs and see all your creations.

All girlies love to shop!
Happy New Year everyone and welcome to a brand new challenge blog. I am thrilled to be part of a brand new DT and my teamies and I are very excited about our launch into the big wide world. Please visit Debbees Delights Blog to find out all about it.
Debs gave us these lovely papers and images to play with. I decided to join to 5 x 5 square cards to make a double opening card. I've used the two shop front scenes with lots of added glitter and two raised up little girlies enjoying a day out shopping.
Why not visit here to play along. We are looking forward to visiting you to see your creations.

Celebrations
This month's challenge at Joanna Sheen's Challenge Blog is Celebrations and I've chosen a card for a friend's birthday.
I've used a different sized card which is fast becoming my new favourite - 10 x 7.
I've used two different shades of Cordinations card to mat and layer a backing paper from the House Mouse Inserts CD. The scalloped circle is made using a Marianne die and the leafy swirls are a Cherry Lyn die. I've used Promarkers to colour the House Mouse stamp and added some glitter to the icing on the cupcake. I used a spare scrap of the backing paper to stamp onto for the cupcake wrapper and finished off with ribbon and paper flowers with card candi middles.

Happy New Year and a New Challenge at CD Sunday!
O for Olympics
As 2012 sees the UK hosting the Olympics we thought we would kick off our first challege for the New Year with the theme O for Olympics. We have a lovely sponsor for this week and it is our old friend Sharon Duncan. Sharon has very generously given us the following prize: Embossibilities Elegance and Embossibilities Texture Prints CD with some printable papers and embellishments. My teamies and I have used some of Sharon's lovely embossed backing papers on our cards to give you some inspiration so please do visit their blogs and see what they have been making.
