The theme is Flower Power for the challenge on Joanna Sheen's Challenge Blog this week and I've made my card using a backing paper from Debbi Moore's Vintage Flowers from the Shabby Chic range and the topper from Victorian Botanical (at least I think it was that way round!)
I used a spellbinders die for the heart border and a Martha Stuart punch for the other border.
A beautiful card Jocelyn, love the delicate colours. I haven't seen much as this particular CD.
