Here is my card.   

The image and backing paper are from Crafter's Companion Downton Abbey CD. I used Carnation dies for the mats and layers. 

I added bakers twine and a wax seal for some added interest on the tags.

The backing paper from My Craft Studio - Spring Wildlife

The die cut unicorn is a Sweet Dixie die. 

I used holographic card to mat the backing paper onto and also for the sentiment die which is from Kim Hinds Sentiments Dies.

I then added glitter to the little paper flowers.

The image and backing paper are from The Amazing World of Oz CD by Debbi Moore Designs. I used the decoupage image of the Tin Man. I used some screw head brads to attach the greeting and die cut a few cogs to embellish. The cog dies are by Paper Dienamics.

Time for another CD Sunday Plus Challenge and it is my turn to host this challenge.
 
Here is my card.  I used a 7" x 10" for the base. 

This image comes from an old CD by Joanna Sheen called Hollywood Vintage.

The die cut perfume bottle is from the Downton Abbey collection by Crafter's Companion. I added a feather to the bottle and lots of sparkles using rhinestone ribbon which is so much easier than sticking them on individually. 

It has a matching insert.
